UPDATE MAY 1, 2013: 1. 2013 GIGS: - Don Walker will be playing at Rise and Shine Queensland, Bundaberg Showgrounds, Sunday May 2013. This is a flood relief benefit and a celebration of the Bundaberg area. It is also a FREE gig! 2.On December 12, 2012 Don Walker was inducted into the Australian Songwriting Association Hall Of Fame. Previous artists who have received this honour are Steve Kilbey (The Church), Ross Wilson, Russell Morris, Brian Cadd, The Angels, Glenn Shorrock, and The Easybeats. Don¡¯s induction included a speech from rock historian Glenn A. Baker and performances of Harry and Eternity with regular SF¡¯s Glen Hannah and Roy Payne on guitars, Michael Vidale on bass & Garret Costigan on pedal steel. Another Aus rock legend in Buzz Bidstrup of The Angels joined the SF¡¯s on drums. Congratulations Don!! 3. Don's new album has been mixed and the artwork, track list, etc. are being finalised. 4. Don Walker has just issued a 9 track live album - Live in Queenscliff 2006 with the Suave Fucks! The long awaited remastered Catfish CD's are out now! Check out the new artwork and order your copies of Unlimited Address & Ruby from Red Eye Records 4 WE'RE ALL GUNNA DIE - REISSUED. Don's first release under his own name has been reissued through MGM Distribution. This classic DW album was remastered by George Mario at Sterling Sound, New York in 2008. 6. SHOTS & ABC RADIO NATIONAL - Don's first book from Black Inc Press is now available from Dymocks.
